How to send messages from your Cellphone!

The following graphic shows the page on Blogger that allows you to set up your blog so that you may blog from your cellphone. Only 1 blog will work per phone number. You will have to either change the blog or the phone number to post to more than one blog.

I change my blogs each semester, so I need to change this each semester also.

By using the RSS feed from your Blog, you can send a message to your students.

Google supports SMS and MMS from your phone. Many phones are supported. You need to check with Google to see which phones they support. Go to your account in Google. Then find the link for Mobile.

Here are a few other sources that you can use to post to your blog.

Cellspin:http://www.cellspin.net/ Not all phones are supported but a lot are. You can set up your phone and post from the phone right into your blog. It does not have to be Google Blogger. This is FREE and the better service now.

http://www.dial2do.com/home This service is good: you call in (But it now costs money) and send messages to several services. Each of them generate a RSS feed and you can set that up in readers. You also can send a verbal message to your Blog, Tweeter and other services for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

All on this site get transcribed so it is not an audio message that is left.
